So...how'd you get a pic in the post?

How to embed pictures in your messages...
Step 1: Make sure your photos are 640x480 or less... You can use Paint Shop Pro or similar program...
Step 2: If your photo is hosted on the web somewhere (Yahoo photo album, Snapfish, wherever) View your photo and copy the url (ctrl-c)

Step 3: Paste the URL in your message

Step 4: Highlight the URL and hit the Img button. That's it, you're done!

Getting your photo on the web:

Step 1: Decide where you want it to be. If you have an account with Snapfish or someone, feel free to use that as you always have.

Step 2: If you don't have and don't care to set up an account for photo hosting, upload it here.

Uploading your photos here:

Step 1: Click on the "Pictures" button in the upper left of this page.

Step 2: Assuming you are logged in, the third line of text down has a link to "Upload File". Click that.

Step 3: Decide how many pictures you are uploading from your computer or disk and put that number in the box labelled "FIle Upload boxes". Note that 5 is the most you can do at one time. Click Continue.

Step 4: In the next screen, click on the browse box next to #1. FInd the picture on your computer, highlight it and click OPEN.

Step 5: Repeat step 4 for each picture you are uploading and then click continue.

Step 6: Using the drop down menu, select an album for each picture to go into, and fill in as much of the other blanks as is appropiate and then click continue. Repeat for each picture uploaded.

Step 7: You will see a message verifying the file was uploaded and telling you that as soon as it's approved it will be visible. (Typically less than 24 hours.)

Once it's approved and visible, you can use it for inclusion in messages or as your avatar file if you wish.
