I am looking for anyone who served on the jolly dolly in the mid 70's that may have a picture of it when it was leaving scotland after colliding with the russina sub. or anyone who served with eric pyles

Hi Penny,
One of the pictures in the photo section that was sent in by Frank Thornal shows a sub in the drydock USS Los Alamos AFDB7. If the sub is the Madison (which it probably is) then it would be during the ERP shortly before they left for the colision incident.
If you see Eric, tell him I said hello. If he remembers an incident in the barracks television lounge, tell him that Bob Kondik & I were also sitting in the back of the room when it started - we didn't get too far either.
