We Talked

Post by rmbowen » Tue Oct 13, 2015 3:55 am

This poem was written remembering a day with Jenny on the Isle of Palms, SC while awaiting the 627 blue crew to return from patrol.

We Talked

Yesterday we sat together
On a blanket spread in the sand.
We talked about nature and weather.
We talked about God and man.
