Sorry but Walter Reid will not get the cards. You can read about it on Snopes & the other "Hoax" sites. Snopes does list an alternative "Holiday mail for heroes" through the Red Cross web site but all cards must be postmarked by Friday Dec 10. ... rcards.asp
