Re: How to Send an email through the forum
So, to maybe make things a little easier for folks trying to find someone like JD, the ship's historian, who signed up as J not JD, my suggestion is this: Anyone who has a position in the Association- officer, reunions, etc.- could maybe be encouraged to edit his/her signature to reflect that positi...

Re: How to Send an email through the forum
Whatever login they're using will be listed alphabetically, so you can find JD Walton. Other than not knowing the man's username, the alphabetical part had me confused. Re: Enlisted USS James Madison license plate frame - free
All: I ordered an officer's USS James Madison license plate frame, but they sent an enlisted one instead. Fortunately for me, they replaced it free. Fortunately for you, all they asked was for me to pass on the incorrect frame to someone else who would like to have it. This seemed like the best pla...

Re: Enough, guys! Who's here?
Well, well. John Culbert! Good to hear from you. Natural at SPCP? Dunno about that but it just made sense to me. After all, it was the steam plant. I can operate a steam plant. I think most folks had problems with SPCP quals b/c they were electricians. No 'trons, just H2O; gauges instead of meters; ...

My father is Lawrence E Miller. I am sure he would be happy to pass along his years of service on the Madison and fill in any blanks that he is aware of. His email is Lemillerla@aol.com. I am sure he would like to help if you contact him. Rachel Miller Ok Ms. Miller (and everyone else), a little la...

Yeah, definitely location. I will be hard pressed to attend when held in one the cities/areas nominated for 2017. What were they again?
edit: nevermind. Keith was kind enough to list them for us in this thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=569

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
I trust everyone had a calm, uneventful Thanksgiving. Myra and I did our usual: the week was spent in North Myrtle Beach for golf, visiting friends and beer. It was a very nice get-away, yet again.
